Privacy.
No accounts. Minimal data. Here's what we keep and why.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send your plan and your finish-later link.
- The answers you give in the questionnaire, to build your document.
- Your logo, if you upload one, to put on the document.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing email. Every email we send is about your order.
Retention
Unfinished questionnaires are deleted after 90 days. Document files are kept for 12 months so you can re-download them, then archived.
Delete my data
Email privacy@premobplans.com from the address you used and we delete everything tied to it.
